This is like *th time, pickup executive called me and then didn't pick my order as tag was missing. Tag missing complaint was raised way back, still I get calls from Myntra for the pickup and Everytime they refuse to pick it up without the tag. It's been more than ** days now. Still waiting for the pickup. I can't buy other shoes as I have not received any refund till now.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
