I ordered a Jogger pant to which I made online payment as they offered quick delivery of *-* days. I even got a tracking number from then which was of the Ecom. Every day the delivery update was that the package was not handed over to the delivery agent. I contacted them through email, Instagram account. Most of the time the message was ignored and when they replied, they said it'll be resolved. But it never happened.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
