I live in metrocity.Recently meesho started using valmo for logistics which is the worst courier service ever.According to tracking id orders reach the nearest hub get assigned to delivery partners and show status as out for delivery but the delivery boys just cancel without prior information and without customer knowledge Thos now happened with ** orders.The product never gets delivered.when contacted meesho they just inform the order is cancelled and thats it.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
