Paominlien Simte filed complaint against Dtdc Courier on Jun 11, 2019
My package was supposed to be delivered within * days from the **th of May. It's been almost a month since then. They even charged a premium of **** for the promised delivery time. Now they're saying they can't find my package. I suspect it has either been stolen or lost in transit. They refuse to clarify with me and keep telling me they'll look into it which means nothing now.
