I purchased a dining table set from Pepperfry on * June **** and it got delivered today ** June ****. Their assigned carpenter came to assemble it and there were missing parts so all the chairs are lying as pieces as they have not sent their parts, their assigned carpenter called their customer care. On which he made me speak to them as well, she was simply rude and was vague. Now the carpenter also left and no contact or mail from the Pepperfry end. So I requested a refund online to which I didn’t get a reply either. Such loots they are highly unprofessional.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
