Uniqlo India Private Limited - Package missing

Dear Team,

I am writing to report a missing item from my recent order. Upon receiving the package, I noticed that one item (flared trousers) was not included.


At the time of delivery, I informed the delivery executive that the package did not seem to match the expected weight. I opened the package in front of him, and he advised me to raise the issue with customer support. I also immediately contacted your chatbot, which directed me to report this concern via email.


I would like to understand, as a customer, where the fault lies on my end and why I am being inconvenienced for a service I have not received. It is disappointing to experience this from a brand of your reputation. Instead of resolving the issue, I am being made to feel responsible for an error that appears to have occurred during packaging or dispatch.


I request you to kindly investigate this matter urgently and process a refund for the missing item at the earliest. I also request this case to be escalated and for a representative from your team to contact me on the below number:
