Uniqlo India Private Limited - Missing items from package despite seal and zero refund or replacement from the company

Dear Sir/Madam,
I had placed an online order from Uniqlo India during their sale, containing * items (one jacket and two thermal wear top + bottom). The jacket was delivered in a single packet within * days. I went on waiting for another * days to see whether I would receive the remaining items as per my order. I needed these thermals to travel abroad, and I wrote to Uniqlo complaining on both their India and US websites via email, showing picture proofs of the package as well. They responded saying they would check, and then came back after several days saying all the items were delivered. Meanwhile, I had already traveled and lost the opportunity to use their thermals as planned. I had to spend another large sum to buy new thermals in the new country. And I have still not been compensated or informed where my missing items are!
