i have booked this parcel on **/**/**** for haridwar from ahmedabad . this parcel instead of haridwar has been sent to chennai from your side after reaching chennai there is not a single update from your side regarding parcel , this parcel value is ***** . we have so many time contacted at booking office but there is no update from them also . we have contacted mr lokesh who is branch manager ( where we have booked material. mo : *********** ) so many times after date of booking . he is also not responding to any of our query and not answering our calls now for so many days . this very careless and also embrassing for us as this our first time deal with customer .
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
