SAMPAD ROUT filed complaint against Fedex Courier Company on Nov 23, 2023
My package came with wrong delivery address hence Fedex did KYC for me and asked for the shipper declaration and re-invoce. Even after sharing all relavant document, they neglected this case and keep on dodging my query to deliver. If asked they are telling the same old status and never did the investigation to locate the package.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
