Muskan filed complaint against Fedex Courier Company on Jul 16, 2021
Merchant has given tracking on *rd july that my both parcels are dispatched. But till **th july when i didnt found any information i call them. And as they giving excuses that due to some how weight measures issues parcel got stucked at ghaziabad. But i found some fissy in statement. So i call to cust care. And they clearly told that your merchant has not handover the parcel to us yet. Only they booked at system.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
