This complaint is against Trackon Courier Pvt Ltd. I shipped a parcel from Lucknow to Mumbai on **th March **** via http://trackoncourier.com/. The parcel was supposed to reach the destination by **th-**th March **** but its been more than a week since I shipped the product, the package is not yet delivered to the location. The contact numbers listed on website are not reachable. Customer Care No. is also not answerable. After investigating at my end, I found out, they don't have any entry about the parcel in their system and moreover, it seems they have misplaced the parcel.
The Parcel contains my ID Card and Gate Pass and in case, if the package is lost , I'll have to pay the penalty to the company I work for.
I would request you to please look into this matter and provide a resolution as soon as possible
