I placed an order on *th jun,****. Its delivery dater was **th june, ****. As it was offer sale season i waited for few more days than expected. As the days passed i used to call customer care about my order status. Tired off repeated apologies and **hrs waiting or **hrs waiting. There isn't any specific reason why my order got delayed. Its very annoying to know without any particular reason why my order is getting delayed. A month has passed away still i didn't got any information about my order. This is how it treats you. Such a waste of time and myntra made me feel sick of online shopping. I mentally decided i wouldn't shop anything from myntra and i wouldn't recommend anyone to buy from it. Such a disappointment from a huge company. Hope you learn answering to your customers first.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
