Trackon - Package is showing delivered to wrong address

Hi i am ashish from ghaziabad.
I had a package with important documents (marksheets). However the track on delivery guy delivered it to wrong adress to a wrong person.
When i contacted the lal kua office and spoke to Manoj kumar @ **********, he clearly mentioned that they are not liable they are not dhl or others and they dont call the recipient before delivering.
Attached are the details of wrong address it was delivered to, package address and compliant number i have registered with trackon.
The guy manoj kumar from lal kua track on office was very angry because i filed a complaint and said the package was delivered and they cannot do anything now and he will give Answer to trackon.
I am very stressed due to this unprofessional attitude of trackon.
