I brought whirlpool refrigerator on **th October ****. flipkart promised to deliver on *th nov ****. they failed to deliver on *th Nov. They deliverd product on **th Nov ****, but it has big scratch on product. I asked for the replacement , They agreed for the replacement and they picked up the defective product on **th Nov ****. They promised to deliver the replacement product on *th Dec **** again they failed to deliver the product, I raised complaint against it on flipkart they said it will be delivered , yesterday they were saying it is not able to deliver they will provide only refund. finally they made me to cancel the product.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
