I was very much available in the address but the ecomm express delivery executive was soo rude that he refused to come to my place amd said that he would get it delivered tomorrow but still there is not responsible action from anywhere now i can see that my package is somewhere else in Delhi i want an apology from smytten with the same package or redorder the same products and take strict action against that delivery executive please.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
