Tecsox - Package is not delivered

I ordered an earbud from tecsox on the **th and they said it would arrive on the **th Friday. But that order doesn't received on that date.I messaged them on WhatsApp and they won't reply.I try to call customer Care but it says the number is switched off.Oh my god, they won't even do what they told me to do. I want the product.please help me
