Tecsox - Replacemnt issue

The charging case only shows a very dim red light while connected to power. The light turns off immediately when unplugged. The case does not hold charge, and the earbuds cannot power on. I have tested multiple cables and chargers. The product is only ** to ** days old.i have complaint since *th day it is not working Please arrange a replacement under warranty
