We placed an order of a gas stove a month back for our new house. The delivery was scheduled between **th to **st and our Grah Pravesh was on **st January ****.
Before that we had sent an email to pepperfry that if they could arrange a early delivery and the assured us that the product will be delivered between the time frame. To our surprise it was not delivered and we had to arrange another stove of single burner worth Rs ****/- just for the puja apart from what we paid to pepperfry.
Next we mailed them again and we got a call from customer support that it will delivered in next *-* days. But then suddenly they cancelled our order on **th January **** because of the issues with merchant, apparently it took them * month to realize this fact.
Now we will have to buy same stove as we are shifting that is costing us Rs ****/-.
Peppery is supporting us in no ways they have the worse services and worst customer policy.

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
