Diwali style - Package is different from what I received

I would like to file a complaint on this online website by name Diwali style which sells ethnic clothes online .
I made a purchase online through this website Diwali style but after I received the product it was not same from what I ordered also the colour from different and some cheap fabric is used .
I called many times to the contact number provided but they don't receive and neither answer back .
They are cheating the customers and not responding to them in case of complaint or Returns or any defective product used .
