Diwali style - wrong order delieverd

this was my first time ordering from a website called diwali style. I've placed the order for an item namely: "Elegant maroon colour georgette plain top plain plaza and dupatta" . note the words PLAIN. the delivery was of COD . i received the order today. paid the full price. when i opened it. the order was completely wrong. it was something completely different. ok i thought, returning or replacing could be an option but when i opened www.diwalistyle.com. it showed that i never bought anything from that website. so i tried again and again. wasting * hours on one matter. also i did not dare to open the packaging noticing the colours from outside the transparent packet. today i have called them several times. i have mailed them about my issue with proof. but i do not think they are going to reach me back. this is honestly frustrating. either i want my money back. each penny or i would request the exact same dress i ordered without any additional fees because the mistake was not made by us.
