My AWD: **************, I scheduled pickup on ** of feb from Mumbai to bharuch it's is almost ** days and above there no update not delivered yet, there is no strong management who can take action or responsibility, customer care is only giving me excuses that we will deliver soon, please help me and resolve my problem, the parcel is having clothing, can't bare such a big loss
