Pynk Villa - Package has not been delivered over a month

Its been over a month and product we ordered were two shoes still not delivered. Poor follow up. No status of product whatsoever. No tracking number nothing. I ordered this as a gift for someone and because of the very poor service of pynk villa i was left dissapointed. Atleast some sort of evidence or tracking number should be shown. Even that isnt available. Only order number is given and thats it (PV****). What should i do now? We tried contacting via whatsapp but we were threatened that our number will be blocked. It is my product ofcourse i will be concerned.
