Paytm Mall - Package half received and shows fully received

Preksha Singla filed complaint against Paytm Mall on Oct 19, 2018

I have ordered * items with the order number **********. I recieved only a single product but didn't receive the second item. I even asked the delivery boy for the second product. He said it will be delivered by someone else. But now the second item is showing as delivered although it is not delivered. Tried contacting courier service but no response. Tried calling paytm but no response. Please solve this matter.

There is no way I can write to them. And on call they keep it on hold for minutes and then say all our executives are busy please use paytm mall app for your issue it has been * days and i am not able to register my complaints on paytm...
