DILEEP GN filed complaint against Meesho aap on Mar 7, 2023
I have ordered a sports tshirt from meesho app that was delivered on **/**/**** but not yet it is reflected in the meesho app.Due to that reason iam unable to return the product. The t-shirt is too loose and misfit for me. To report the issue i have made a call to meesho customer service through helpcentre option. They said to mail the picture of delivered product and invoice in reply to their mail. After sending the mail with pictures of product and invoice i have made a call again to the team and they said that they have opened a compliant for it and need */* days for the resolution. After waiting for * days i have made another call to know the status of the same and they are saying that there is no previous compliant existing and they have filed an new compliant for the issue and i have to wait for another */* days for this . I want to know the status of my complaint i raised on ** th February.The last called customer care member claims that i havent raised any compliant before * th march which is completely wrong. I want a resolution to the issue as soon as possible.
