Safe Quality Packers and Movers - Package found damaged

Poorest packer service, coordination and customer service, godbless their customers and their consignments.
Would like to mention the damaged TV also which was comfortably ignored. Booked an AC and a LED TV, packed it on my own to avoid them getting damaged. It took a fortnight for them to deliver these from Bangalore to Hyderabad- only ***kms. Imagine what it'd be if someone books from Bangalore to Jammu !!! First I was told that a tracking ID would be given, which was given but false. Kept on logging with it on Gati, but when the ID itself is not there, how can one track it only. Was told that consignment will be delivered within two days. From **th Oct to **nd Oct there was no trace of my goods on GATI site and I kept on tracking it like an imbecile, and the owner of this company kept me on this vicious loop of ignorance taking advantage of my situation. On constant calling and pestering, owner said that the goods are now transferred with BLUEDART on **nd. Finally I received the same on **th with my LED TV screen damaged to a point of no repair. When asked about the compensation, he comfortably denied his company's involvement in the shipping saying its BLUEDART you'll have to approach for compensation. One important thing is regarding the exorbitant rates they quote for their service and a tip for the truck driver who'll transport your stuff which sounded unprofessional and absurd. Billway received from Bluedart showed the amount **% lesser than the amount paid to the company.
