I had booked Safe Quality Movers and Packers for my shifting from bangalore to kolkata. They did deliver my packages but all the glass utensils were broken inside. I also paid extra to them for the insurance of all my items, if lost or broken. But now the company isn't interested in paying me back for the damages done by them. I have got the insurance so i am eligible to be paid for the items broken. Hence, I want the company to pay me for the damages asap!
