Amazon .in - Package filled with garbage in place of product

I ordered Philips HP****/** Kerashine hair straightener with keratin ceramic coating from Amazon.in on * March and got delivery on * March. When I opened the package, there were three rolls of newspaper and an empty carton wrap. There was no hair straightener. I am an old buyer and it's so hurting. I have done so many transactions with Amazon and it happened for the first time. After contacting so many times, at last, their customer care says that their investigation committee has come to the conclusion that the product was delivered intact and they will not give either the refund or the product. And they have closed this case. I am feeling sad and broken for this loss of trust in such important platforms of the modern economy. Don't they have good systems to distinguish between real and fake complaints? Very sad. I need justice not for my money but for my dignity. As they are portraying I am lying and making false claims.
