My ordered hasn't came yet it say it will came on ** july but I still hasn't got it yet I placed my order on ** June **** and today is ** july nor I received any phone call from the delivery agent and when I decided to check on the official website of savana I didn't found any update regarding to my order , it just say it got cancelled without me knowing it...I thought I will go to the customer help center but again I got disappointed i ordered that dress for my birthday and here I am...ok if my dress got cancelled without me getting any information on it atleast pay back my money that I already paid for the dress but No! Not even that...
See I really like savana for it's quality of clothes but the customer service it sucks so poor very bad I'm just disappointed .
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
