Amazon .in - Package did not dispatched

*. I had ordered for a mobile OnePlus * (Midnight Black, *GB RAM, ***GB Storage) on **-Oct-**** with one day delivery from Amazon guaranteed. Order No #***-*******-*******
*. Even after * weeks, I did not get the parcel and no notification from Amazon on the failure to send the required delivery.
*. Had to contact the Amazon Support for the needful, they promised the delivery within ** hrs. I did not receive the product and they said the parcel is missing.
*. After my repeated calls Amazon support promised that the product is available on the website and will make delivery fast.
*. After multiple escalations, I have received a phone call from Amazon executive customer relations team Deepak on **-Nov-*** with the promise the issue will be resolved in ** hrs time.
*. Started receiving multiple emails from the team extending the date for providing the update on the order
*. After a repeated false promise made me send mail to Amazon Head (Jeff and the India sales team) on **-Nov-**** with complete details. I did not get a reply from executives but received an email again stating my issue will be resolved in ** hours.
*. After * months still, I have not received my mobile with ** customer’s calls and multiple emails to Amazon and them acknowledging the same.
*. When finally told Amazon that I will approach a consumer forum for remedy, suddenly to my surprise Amazon has auto cancelled the order and I have received an email on **-Jan-**** stating my refund has been success. But till now I have not received the refund.
**. On **-Jan-**** I have received an email stating my order got cancelled for security reasons.
**. I would expect the product to be delivered and the damages to be paid for the time and mental agony caused due to negligent and irrational behaviour of the company and the money which is blocked for * months.
Amazon is cheating the Indian customers. I request you take action against amazon.in.
