I have been writing to the client service ID / helpdesk for last * days but I dont see they seem to understand the seriousness of the issue.
in discussion is AWB : AWB number(s): ************* and Ticket ID: ********
Lately the shipments are going on hold more frequently and the client service team robotically passes on the impact to the customer without making any effort to reach the center and get the shipment moving. They act as mere postmen and I see no accountability on the team towards customer requirements. I've been telling them that the shipment is urgent and I cannot ask for a return as these are food items and packed as per order. Last time even to get a shipment returned, it took * days. The customer can't keep waiting and I have to send them a fresh shipment and in the process this one is wasted (as every customer order is different)
This is making me furious as these are high value shipments (last one was *K as well as this is *K). A small business like ours can't have such an impact on businesses and goodwill.
If I don't see any intervention from sr. authorities here and quick action, I am willing to reach out to external forums as I have been really furious and I cannot risk my goodwill and customers due to someone else's lax attitude.
