A week back i ordered a leganga worth ₹*** and it came without invoice to us through an otp
I received the parcel on ** th may
I want to return the parcel but on the app its showing that the product is cancelled although I have received it
I contacted customer care and then they asked me to mail them the photograph i mailed them and they asked me to wait for * days as they said i waited but on day * th they said that they won't help me out and they even blocked me.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
