Hi Team, Recently, I have purchased one kurta which cost rs ***. I have ordered * items out of which * items were delivered without any issues but the *th item delivered with empty box Product was missing and when I filed complaint against Meesho there is no proper response. There should be *bdays validity to return/exchange the which was reduced to days for me. And when I raised complaint on my empty box delivery your team is telling we cannot take complaint on this. I dunno why meesho is doing like this. Please help to refund my amount to meesho atleast.

I have returned my item on ** October to pickup person shared the OTP also before returning which i received but I still didn't get any refund yet. Also in the portal the status is still showing as return initiated
