shein.in - package delivered was not as shown on website

The product was a coat and a cap.when delivered the product were cheap in quality the coat was ill stitched very cheap fabric and lining and the threads were coming off and buttons were about to fall off.it did not even fit and had incorrect stitch which made it look even more weired.the company refers itself to be a part of an international website shein.com and stated products were imported from abroad but the product came from mumbai.i tried finding a customer support number but no number.i asked through chat to provide cs number the person on chat kept repeating file for return through order and wouldnt give me a number on which they declined return for cap and for coat stated will charge inr ** for return and usd ** will be returned which was less than what i paid.when i asked for refund while i return they stated share your card details with us as u paid cash.i am not sure if they will even return the money.this company is a scam as tgey show international products and deliver cheap replicas of the product.please bann this website this should teach them a lesson.
