I ordered a coral red top (brand name - RARE). On receiving the package I found it to be damaged. The front neck metal embellishment was broken/bent. I generated a return request and they rejected it. I tried returning the product but they kept declining my request. I tried to resolve the issue with the customer care executive but they said that the product delivered was ***% fresh product and damage free and I will have to keep the product. My return request has been declined since.

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
