Myflower tree - Package delivered very late despite opting for fixed delivery option

Ordered a flower bouquet with chocolates combo on *-**-****. Opted for fixed delivery option provided by them. Paid extra amount applicable for the same. The chosen slot was *-* PM. Delivery location given was my office. I waited till * PM. No one came. No one called, neither the Myflowertree contact support was reachable. I felt very helpless. Finally decided toeave at * PM after repeated attempts to reach to them on the customer care number provided. I bought from other shop since I had no options left.
The next day their Delivery boy called Mr and told me to collect the item. I was literally shocked. He was suggesting me to take the item which I had ordered a day back, are you serious. I refused to collect citing that I had already reported the order previous day. He told that he will put it as "customer didn't take the delivery" . And told me I won't be able to get any refund. Really disappointed by the services of Myflower tree. Please give me my hard earned money back.
