An order for cake was placed on. June *st to be delivered on June *nd for my. Brothers bday. It was a surprise gift as he was in Chennai..I kept in checking the status coz no other way we can reach them, it Said out for delivery but nothing happened. Finally I got a mail saying that it s reschedule for today, again no clue..I am really irritated with absolutely no way to reach out to them.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
