A consignment was shipped from Chennai to Delhi, it has been more than ** days the website shows that parcel is delivered and due signature is received but the consignee still didn't receive the package and also the tracking website shows it has delivered to the wrong place.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
