DINESH KUMAR GUPTA filed complaint against Dtdc Courier on May 7, 2019
We had booked DTDC courier with Docket No. Z********, for address Khashra No.**/*/*(*-**) & **/**(*-**) Ground Floor, Village Tikri Kalan Delhi-******. However, the courier was delivered to address Khashra No.**/* & **/*/* Ground Floor, Village Mundka Pole No.MDK-X**, Near Metro Pilar No.** Delhi-******. So our concern is that why our courier was delivered to the wrong address. We have brought this concern to DTDC delivery boy however he denied to resolve this.
