Vine Sanii filed complaint against Meesho on May 29, 2023

I have received the package on ** May **** from meesho, delivery partner shadowfax. However the status is updated as undelivered and return to supplier. It was COD mode so I have make payment through UPI at the spot. But the weird thing is the package arrived without any label, no addresses. I question to delivery agent but he have no idea.
I checked the product infront of the agent and didn't like it so I opt for return but he say another agent will be assign to pick up. I doubt so on the same day, I raise complaint on meesho app and share all screenshot details. But the customer care agent was not willing to help as in the app it is updated as undelivered.
I have raise L* escalation as well but nothing happen till now.
I want to return the product as the quality is pathetic and no true to size. For this status need to be change to delivered. I want the status be change to process for return.
