Myntra - Package cancelled by company and refund not processed

I had ordered a beautiful Jaipur Kurti alongwith various items on Myntra during the EOR sale on **rd June, ****. All of the items were supposed to get delivered latest by *st July, ****. Buty Jaipur Kurti was not delivered. It was not even shipped till *th July and was cancelled all of a sudden without any reason. I was longing to see it since it was very expensive and I had a very reasonable catch and a great discount.
Also, the main point is that the refund was not even processed. I did not receive any notification, message or e-mail about the cancellation or the confirmation of the refund. I haven't received the refund yet and don't know when I will recieve it. It costed me *,*** rupees.
