Jabong.com - Package Cancelled and not respond on email since 2 month

I have order shoes under offer from jabong.com and there was size issue so I made an exchange request. They took ** days to pickup my product from location and next day they auto cancelled my order without information. So I made complaint against this, I write application and also done so much emails then they provide me voucher code that was kind of fake voucher and was not working in my product. After that I replied to them regarding the coupon code but they did not respond properly after that its been * months and still no information regarding my issue. I called them and also email in there care support but they did not respond for my last * emails since ** days.
