Paytm Mall - Package Cancelled

I ordered a Adidas Women shoe for Rs **** in **th October ****,. The delivery was promised by October **th but I didn't got. Then I called to Paytm that when I will get my product, they said" Youy Dispatch date was **th October Now wait for * (** Oct +* days) more days you will get your product." And then the order was auto cancelled by October **th and I received my refund amount.
Then on October **th I again called to Paytm that why did they cancelled my order.
Paytm, in its reply, stated,
{ “Sellers sometimes are unable to fulfill your orders and hence such orders get cancelled. The sellers are also penalised for non-fulfilment of orders and necessary steps taken to avoid such instances in the future.The refund for your order will be initiated immediately to your source account upon cancellation of your order.You can always re-order the same product from another seller in Paytm Mall so that the new order can be delivered to you on a priority basis.” }
I told them to raise a complaint against Seller or Paytm but they refused to take and said " same as above."
Now I wasted so much time in this and I want Justice.
Either they send me my product or pay me
