I've subscribe for daily milk delivery on Fth daily. The service at first was good but later the milk started getting delivered at *.** in the morning which is too late for me. When I try to reach out to the Fth customer support it just says leave a message after the beep and after that the recorded message says your complaint is rejected we will resolve the issue in * hrs. After some time the milk is delivered late and a mail is received saying issue resolved. Written mails, complained on app also but no use. They do not provide delivery persons details for us to follow up even. Akshayakalpa and country delight are waaayyyy better.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
