Flo Mattress - Pacage not delivered

I ordered king size Mattress on **/**/** & modified my order on **/**/**. and also I ordered another Mattress on the same day. now my *nd order shipped & almost near by me but they didnt shipped my *st order yet which I paid at the time of order... Mean while I tried to contact costumer care and no one is responding properly. postponed to ship my order since I ordered and today(**/**/**) still they use to tell same old story that it will ship by Monday but . this is *th time they postpone in a call and they never send confirmation e-mail or message even I asked, because they are not sure to ship on Monday also. So I demand an Explaination & Compensation for mental torture due to delay & Irresponsible behaviour by Flo Mattress
