Mr move - Overseas consignment not delivered

Mr Move agreed to ship my household items from Bangalore to Singapore and has picked up the items on **th May . And they promised that the items will be delivered in *!weeks time and also that they will provide status of the shipment periodically & frequently. After picking up the items and making me pay for the fee, Mr Move has been extremely in consistent in responding to our request to check that status of the shipment. They have been providing incorrect information and have been non responsive to phone calls and messages. My item is still not delivered and they are not responding to my calls .
