I make hotel booking through make my trip booking ID: NH************* . They overcharged me after applying one night free coupon . I paid rs **** for two nights for country club hospitality club at begumpeet, hyderabad. Now they are showing on their site that I have paid **** rupees only.
Hotel was shown as three/ four star whereas it is not even single star.
Lots of complaints and discussion ruined my trip and I have to book second night at another hotel from my own funds again.
More customers at same hotel feel cheated by make my trip and can be confirmed from their cell numbers registered.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
