I ordered * different Borkum Riff tobaccos from Fox cigars and they reached out to me saying they dont have it in stock and said they will send a different brand which is similar and i accepted it. They are very overpriced compared to other companies which sell pipe tobacco but i still ordered through them thinking their quality and customer service would be better. But after receiving the products i was very disappointed with the quality. So when i reached out to them they are not giving a refund
