I have placed an order for * boxes of Davidoff Long Panettellas on behalf of my relative who's was asked to get this for his boss in UAE. Since this was the first time I'm purchasing through Fox Cigars I have placed an order for Cash on Delivery. They contacted me through WhatsApp and said the order will be delayed as they don't have COD available due to Covid reasons and confirmed the delivery by next day if I pay upfront. Once the payment was made the next day I was told that the product they had was damaged and they couldn't source it anymore. Also, they were not ready to give me the refund stating it is not per their policy and I would only get a credit. I have only made the payment once they confirmed availability and then they are going back on their word. Also I have found in their policy that they will provide full refund if the customer is not satisfied with their product. Also, I have stated the reason for purchase and how I can't use it for any other products as it was a specific ask from my relatives boss.
It's been * months now and they are just giving me excuses and delaying the entire refund process. I feel cheated by the entire experience and want my money back.
