I had made a booking of international flight from new delhi to toronto for * persons on Makemytrip. The total amount came up to be Rs *,**,*** where as after I made the payment I was charged Rs *,**,***. Till the last page where we put in the card details and make the payment, the amount was coming up to be Rs *,**,*** but Rs *,**,*** was deducted from my card after that via Makemytrip. We filed a complaint on MakemyTrip but its been almost ** days and everyday they call and ask for ** hours everyday to try and resolve but it had been of no luck till now. We are feeling harassed as they are not even willing to give us our wrongly deducted money back. Please help us in getting the refund and also for the harassment because of waiting for so many days which should be way more than Rs ****.
