Livspace Home Interiors ECommerce Private Limited - Overcharged for unfinished interiors work

We engaged LivSpace (Hyderabad) in April **** for the interiors of our new home. They assigned a novice designer who delivered a poor design. We paid over ** Lakhs for their extremely poor workmanship. A good designer can deliver better design in half this budget. Even after over a year, our work is unfinished. Our expensive modular dishwasher is lying idle in our home as they screwed up the kitchen design. Their design team could not even help us with make a decision on chimney, and now without a chimney our open-kitchen house is extremely difficult to work with. Their TV cabinet design is thoughtless. There are several other problems. We have tried escalating it and formally raised complaint with their customer care. However, even after several follow-ups, we are not being able to get much progress made.
